Hack the code.Craft the future.

We build

Hackacraft trains young people in green and digital skills, creates local jobs, and opens free community tech hubs where ideas become working hardware.

An inclusive, climate-resilient society

Our vision is a society where young people compete globally, local economies grow through clean-tech circular models, and sustainable technology infrastructure is a lasting bridge to equity and dignity.

Our mission is to run Hackacraft as a self-sustaining initiative that empowers youth and marginalized communities with green and digital skills, local green jobs, and open-access tech hubs for collaborative problem-solving and economic independence.

Three pillars of our work

Skills, jobs and infrastructure, built to support each other.

Skills for what’s next

  • Green and digital literacy: software, data analytics, IoT for climate action, sustainable engineering
  • Hands-on training in solar installation, smart farming tech and waste-to-wealth manufacturing
  • Business management, financial literacy and leadership

A green local economy

  • Direct jobs in the communities we serve, filled locally
  • Seed pathways, mentorship and resources for eco-enterprises
  • Links to regional and global value chains

Community Tech Hubs

  • A permanent hub in every place we work
  • Professionally managed and radically accessible
  • Where training, making and enterprise happen

Hackacraft: where code meets making

An ongoing series of hackathons, innovation challenges and design sprints in hub makerspaces. Members build working hardware and software for real community problems. Pick a strand to explore.

Free to join, built on giving back

Membership is open to community youth aged 15–35, whatever their schooling or income. No fees. Here’s how you get in.

  1. Complete orientation

A short, required session on digital citizenship, facility safety and community ethics.

  2. Use the hub

Get unrestricted access to high-speed internet, workstations and makerspaces.

  3. Pay it forward

Give at least 4 hours a month: tutor peers, join e-waste or environmental cleanups, or help maintain the facility.

Your pay-it-forward hours

Respect shared hardware and each other. We have zero tolerance for cyberbullying, harassment and discrimination.

Local people run every hub

Each hub creates lasting jobs for people from the community.

Hub Managers

Drive community engagement, grow the local tech ecosystem, manage local partnerships and oversee all educational programs.

Facility Managers

Keep hardware running, manage renewable power sources and maintain a secure, world-class working environment.

Project Anchor

Community interventions often fail without permanent infrastructure. Project Anchor deploys zero-emission, clean-energy Community Tech Hubs that tackle the climate crisis, youth underemployment and digital inequality, turning young people from consumers into clean-tech producers.
